Windows 98 is the Operating System developed by Microsoft Corporation. an Operating System is a computer program that controls the operations of your computer. For me, all operating systems made by Microsoft Corporation is user-friendly wherein the user can understand, interact and enjoy their O.S. Because they provide a Graphical User Interface and most of their operating system is a lot of characteristics and features and it has the compatibility especially the application software. Nowadays the widely-used operating system made by the Microsoft Corporation is the Windows 7. You can explore also their new product which is the Windows 8 by using Microsoft Operating System you can compare it to the other operating system out there. The disadvantage of this O.S. is their Operating Systems is Expensive if you buy the licensed one.

If Cebu City has its sinulog festival and Aklan has its ati-atihan festival. San carlos also dreamt of having its own and unique festival. They call it pintaflores its the combination of tattoo festival and the dances of flowers as the highlight of the city fiesta. the festival culmination every november 3rd to 5th of the year in a fascinating street dancing competition among floral-painted dancer in colorful and floral-inspired.

The human flower formation is another impressive part of the dance ritual that products the ingenuity and skills of the choreographer and dancers. The street dancing is culminated in performed in their city auditorium. The contestant for the Pintaflores are the schools and barangays in the San carlos city. its really fun to watch the different colorful costumes that wears by the contestant.

For me, Whispering Palms is unique because on their concept which you can amaze when you go this island.

In reaching San Carlos if you are from Consolacion you can ride a jeep travel to Sm City Cebu, then you must ride 01K jeep and stop to Emall to reach the South bus terminal.And now you must ride a Ceres Bus Liner which travel from Cebu to Bacolod via San Carlos City in just one and half hour.You can feel the travel is very far but it is worth it because you can enjoy watching the mountain and also breath the fresh air in going to Toledo City.In reaching Toledo City the Ceres Liner will goes into the ferry which is the RORO or roll-on ,roll-off ship.The passenger will be paid their ticket inside the ship and they stay in the passenger bench area watching the television inside the ferry if you pay in a regular fare.The ship also have a deluxe room which the passenger enjoy their air conditioned room for an extra rate fare or let say expensive fare.The ferry travel from Toledo wharf to San Carlos wharf in just forty five minutes.When you reach San Carlos there's a lot of vendors offer you their especial delicacy which is the skinless peanut.You can see their smiling faces for them to let you buy their products.Their dialect is also Cebuano so it is easy for us Cebuano to communicate with them.
